Return and Refund policy:

• Terms of return - We must be notified withing 3 days. Returns are on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• We do not accept returns on used Carriages, Wagons, Carts or other horse drawn vehicles or items. Please measure your horse carefully. You may contact us if you have questions about the suitability for you and your horse.
• We do not accept returns on used saddles. Please measure you and your horse carefully. You may contact us to meet for a fitting.  When fitting a saddle for your horse plan to use a clean blanket or towel before placing on your horse’s back. 
• We do not accept returns on used harness. Please measure you and your horse carefully. You may contact us to meet for a fitting.
• We do not accept returns on used tack or bits.  Bits, saddle pads, and other items may not be returned due to health concerns and some state laws. 
• Due to market changes, prices are subject to change without notice. Some products will be excluded from discounts.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. 
• Due to circumstances beyond our control, all products may not be available all the time.
